This machine features our standard 6 blade cutter design, and our knife systems are made of industrial food grade resin from Japan which meets the most stringent hygiene requirements. Our auto lubrication system allows the knives to be fully lubricated at all times, which is crucial to prevent any damage to the knives when running at high speeds. The conveyor belt speed can be adjusted independently, and a variety of optional knives can also be used.
